Using Kriya11 Terms & Conditions — Fully in English

By using Kriya11 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect as soon as you start using the Kriya11 website, app, or any of its services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Kriya11 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes will be notified on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with Kriya11, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Each individual is only One Account can be opened. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• All details provided at registration — name, date of birth, and mobile number — must be accurate and up to date.
• Keep your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. If you notice any unauthorized access, contact Kriya11 Support immediately.

If inaccurate information is provided at registration, Kriya11 may suspend or terminate the account at any time and forfeit all funds held within it.

Kriya11 follows the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with international standards. All members must complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal.

The following documents may be required for KYC verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Selfie photo (face must be clearly visible)
• Bank account or mobile banking statement (if required)

KYC verification is usually completed within 24–72 hours. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete. All submitted documents are kept secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit at Kriya11:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through third parties or from unknown sources is strictly prohibited.
• If you experience any deposit issues, contact Support within 24 hours.

KYC verification must be completed on your account before you can make a withdrawal from Kriya11. The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is determined by your VIP level.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the mobile banking number used at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Once the wagering requirement is met, the amount will be credited to your main balance.
• Withdrawals may be suspended in cases of suspicious activity or rule violations.

All Kriya11 bonuses and promotions are offered subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant bonus terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has a specific wagering multiplier (typically 10x–30x). The bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is fulfilled.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within that time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games. Bonuses may not be used on games outside those listed in the promotion's terms.
• Multiple Accounts: Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts within the same household or on the same device is not permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: If any attempt is made to abuse the bonus system, Kriya11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

All games on Kriya11 are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, which are regularly audited by independent third parties.

• Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.
• If you get disconnected, the system saves your game state. You can pick up right where you left off after logging back in.
• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the affected rounds may be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game rules, Kriya11's server logs will serve as the final point of reference.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed in Sports Betting, the staked amount will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kriya11 and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus system manipulation or arbitrage betting.
• Using software bots or automated methods to play games.
• Cheating or colluding against other members.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or breach the security of Kriya11's systems.
• Creating an account using false information or under someone else's identity.

Kriya11 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not income. We encourage all our members to gamble responsibly.

• Betting Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, you can self-exclude for a set period through our Support team.
• Reality check: If you game for an extended period without a break, Kriya11 will automatically suggest that you take one.
• Minor Protection: Use a PIN lock or password protection to prevent minors in your household from accessing the platform.

Kriya11 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• For any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• If you register using false or inaccurate information.
• Upon evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Upon suspicion of money laundering or any illegal activity.
• If identified as a minor.

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. To reactivate a closed account, contact our support team.

Kriya11 strives to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform at all times. However, Kriya11 shall not be held liable for any service disruptions caused by technical issues, network failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Kriya11 is not liable for losses caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party service issues.
• Kriya11 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence, such as sharing passwords or falling for phishing attempts.
• Kriya11 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming.

Kriya11 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notification will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
